San Marco has a full jewellery workshop for all your jewellery needs. Our fully trained goldsmiths perform a multitude of jewellery repairs, from the simplest to the most complex. With tradition goldsmith methods we are able to repair chains, ring resizing, claw re-tipping, stone re-setting, shank cracks, simple torch or laser solders, and all other repairs.
Our fully trained watchmaker can fix all your watch needs. We are able to change watch batteries, clean movements, perform overhauls, crystal replacement, movement repairs and replacements, stem and crown replacements and more with everything done on site. You’ll never be late to another appointment again!

San Marco provides 3D CAD’s and waxes so you can see the exact specifications of your design before it is finished. We encourage your participation in every aspect of the design process and with the help of sketches, pictures and descriptions the end result will exceed your expectations.
We specialize in personalizing jewellery with custom engraving. With both in-store engravers and hand engravers, we can add your personalized message on all types of jewellery, to satisfy all your needs. We are able to engrave watches, pendants, rings, medical alert and ID bracelets. Custom designs are also available and are hand engraved, we are only limited by your imagination.
Redesigning an existing piece is something San Marco specializes in. By using your old gold, diamonds or gemstones we are able to create the perfect personalized jewellery just for you. To help keep the significance from your original piece we can use the gold from your original piece, turning a family keepsake into a modern piece.
San Marco is able to clean and polish all types of jewellery and watch bands. From a single cleaning to polishing off old engravings we can do anything on-site.
If you every find yourself in the position of needing your pearls restrung, we’ve been doing them for ages! Even if your pearls don’t break it is best to have them restring on a regular basis.
Over time and wear even the strongest thread can stretch or break, so if you see an extra space between your pearls or knots it may be time for them to be restrung. With your choice of materials, thread, wire, gold or silver or style, knotted or unknotted, we will help get your pearls back on your neck or wrist, instead of sitting in a drawer.
